I think it raises some really key points for recruiters with regards to how they need to change their current recruitment methods to ensure they are keeping ahead of the curve with how digital is changing the recruitment landscape.

I speak to lots of in-house recruiters who still haven't really bought into social media which I find quite staggering. The unfortunate thing here is that they will not be ready for when Gen Z come through and solely rely on digital channels to find jobs.

The recruitment industry is moving at such a lightning pace and we all need to keep up and accept this is the future of recruiting whether we like it or not!
