Hey Guys. It's Me. Taylor. I was glad to read an article this afternoon that reflects my opinions on this matter.
So often people decide to wait till the new year to start looking for talent. This is an understandable way of working as jobseekers rise under the 'new year, new me' scheme. However, the competition is also higher as more companies attempt to source the same talent.
Not only that but we actually see a rise in activity in the build up to the New Year!
So, why not get ahead of the game and attract the talent NOW instead of later? Or at least get ahead of the game by advertising NOW instead of later.
'Recruiting at the end of year isn’t just about getting ahead of the competition (although that is one compelling reason), it also means your newly appointed team member enters the new year with a clear and concise plan.'
