"The Fear" = returning to work after a food/booze filled Christmas break. It is an agonising thought and a torturous process. The dreaded jingle of your iPhone alarm, the darkness, the biting cold, the silent train journey, oh the horror!
You're not alone. We all go through it and once the first day is out of the way we forget the comforts we have just had the pleasure of. The break quickly becomes a distant memory which is probably a good thing.
With everyone going though this I thought it would be fun to share this article from HR Grapevine who have put together a pretty accurate account of the 10 stages of returning to work.
