Hey guys. It's me. Taylor. My colleagues (thank god) are not racist, but according to Google there are loads of searches that mention racism, bullying and unhappiness from other colleagues. Most likely 90% of these searches have come from the white house (I wonder why).
It just goes to show that who you work with, where you work and your personal life can have a huge impact on peoples work lives, and they resort to Google to find the solutions! Is this due to a lack of confidence in HR? Is it a lack of confidence for people to speak up in work, in case of unfair punishment?
....Maybe Google has the answer to those questions aswell.
"With so much information at our fingertips, it’s easy to see why people turn to places like Google to solve the questions and queries they face on a daily basis. But what happens when this reliance on Google cuts out the experts? Can we really rely on what we read on Google – particularly if it is an important matter, like a HR issue?"
