Despite there being a record amount of roles advertised in January, UK recruiters still struggled to fill vacancies as candidates just didn't have the skill sets required.
However new data suggests that if candidates were to learn the skills relevant to new technologies and marketplaces they would be more likely to fill these roles. Also from this data it's very clear that programming and marketing skills are most desirable to employers.
