I see this quote on social media a lot

"If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur."

Whilst this is not going to be be the reason a hire is a bad one for everyone, I am sure there are lots of companies out there who have tried to cut corners and paid the price for it.
