For those working in the recruitment industry you all know December can be a make or break month when it comes to working to a sales target. The general consensus is that everyone downs tools and you can very quickly feel disheartened and lose your motivation.

However what applies to one or two people you speak to doesn't apply to everyone and it is easy to make assumptions. Firefish however have come up with a 5 Dos and Dont's list to help you through the Month of December, albeit we are now the 19th which is the day I chose to share this but it will be relevant for many more years to come!
